Over the years I have taught a great many people how simple and enjoyable cooking seafood can be. Now I hope to share some of this knowledge and experience on my blog.
I want to explore many types of seafood, discuss the fundamentals of each and provide 'basic lessons' to develop your understanding and feel of the cooking process. The blog will have categories for each type of seafood that I post with the website covering some basic cooking methods and a few 'recipes' and 'sauces' to practice with.
