Tartar sauce
Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup riced or mashed potato

1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 Tbsp diced cucumber pickles

2 Tbsp diced red onion
-
1 tsp dijon mustard
-
1/2 tsp Worcestershire (Lee & Perrins)

pinch of sea salt
Mix the mayonnaise, mashed potato, fresh lemon juice, mustard, and Worcestershire in a bowl. Stir in the finely diced pickles, onion, and salt. Cover and refrigerate in a glass jar. Keeps about one week.
