Poke Marinade
Ingredients

2 cups Soy sauce, low sodium (green label)

1 cup Green Onion, thinly sliced, 45 degree angle

4 oz. Yellow Onion, thinly sliced

4 tbsp. Ginger, finely diced

4 tbsp. Garlic, finely diced
-
4 tbsp. Sesame oil
-
3 tbsp. Sambal oelek
-
2 tsp. Crushed red chili flakes
-
1 tsp. Sea Salt
In a small mixing bowl, combine the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a plastic container and cover. Label, date and refrigerate.
